There’s not a lot to say about a picture the shows the beauty of a place like this. This is my home town San Juanico here in Baja, Mexico

La Purisma and San Isidro are two villages located in a very remote and lush valley where underground springs accommodate some local farming and land cultivation. The large sloped formation in the photo “El Pilon”, a landmark that can be spotted from many miles away. I was in the area this month, May 2009, when I took this shot, a real oasis!

I took this photo in April 2009, when I was in La Paz. I met Emiliano while I was there, he is 85, and was alive to see La Paz before it had grown into what is now a busy city. La Paz is still an amazing and beautiful part of Baja, but I wish I could have seen it 80 years ago, and watched how it has transformed. This old fisherman’s stories will have to suffice.

I guess I got a little too close! I took this photo in the enchanting part of Baja where I grew up, Scorpion Bay.

This Picture was also taken in La Paz B. C. S. Mexico, this is a beautiful place close to Cabo with a lot of beautiful landscapes that you will fall in love with.

Speaking of the beauty in La Paz, Mexico…
This is an interesting question from Denise one of my clients:
“I was wondering as a tourist, I am an amateur photographer. Will I have a lot of opportunities for taking some good photographs? Just looking at your photos gets me wanting to start photographing again. The sites look wonderful.”
It would be hard for me to say if you’re going to have opportunity, Cabo being a place with a lot to do, but definitely if you save some time for this purpose and feel inspired, Cabo will offer you many things to point your lens at.
So peaceful, so quiet, enjoying a glassy ride on the waters of la Marina in Cabo, and when they want to fly, they don’t need a ticket!
The answer is simple, Cabo is a very unique and romantic place, perfect for any type of wedding.
Let’s go fishing! If you’re wondering what to do during your time in Cabo, fishing is one of the most popular activities here, so grab the rod and jump in the boat!
San Jose del Cabo? This is the little Plazita downtown in San Jose del Cabo, if you’re wondering where San Jose del Cabo Mexico is? Well this place is were you will be landing if you travel to Cabos with a commercial line, then you will have to take a shuttle and go to your hotel.
Let’s go for Coffee! If you go to La Paz B.C.S. Mexico sometime, and walk by “El Malecon” you’ll get to see these sceneries, besides you can stop at the “El Exquisito” coffee place and enjoy a Latte!
Guess where it is? Right, Cabo, how could you not know? Haven’t visited Cabo could be the answer, once you’ve walked by “La Marina” during the evening it is a moment and place you won’t forget.
Oh! Baja, always so beautiful!, agree?
I shouldn’t say anything about this picture, but I have to say it’s in Colima, Mexico, the rest I’ll leave for you to find out.
Please fasten your seat-belts, we’re about to land in Cabo!
March 7, 2008 I had the chance to take this picture in La Paz, it was a little windy and he only caught a few fish, “Enough to eat and pay the gas” he said with a smile on his face.
