CASA DORADA, LOS CABOS RESORT AND SPA 19/08/2009

This couple celebrated their wedding this past weekend at the Casa Dorada Resort, right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Casa Dorada is a luxurious resort that is set right on the Medano beach shoreline. Even though all of the excitement of Cabo is just a short stroll away, the intimate atmosphere and majestic ocean views at Casa Dorada offered Katy and Mike a wonderful and romantic venue for their wedding.

We went to Pedregal beach for a trash the dress session because of its beautiful rock formations, and these two had a great time. A day full of laughter!

This is a photo of the groom before the wedding. Mike and Katy were relaxed for the big day, and enjoyed their Cabo wedding with their friends and family.

Here’s a great shot of Katy’s ruby slippers and wedding gown in the hotel suite.

These two are a great couple and it was a pleasure to work with them. Good luck in your new adventure together Katy and Mike!

The Cabo Wedding Photographer

This concept of an elegant gown drenched in the ocean makes a glamourous addition to your wedding album.

Your trash the dress session will usually be done as an additional shoot after the wedding, almost as a declaration that the dress will not be used again.
It’s an alternative to suffocating your dress in plastic or boxing it away.

If you really can’t bare the thought of ruining your gown, you may want to consider buying a cheap dress, especially for a trash the dress session and some really beautiful photos!

Your Cabo wedding photography just isn’t complete without a trash the dress session and they’re so much fun.

I love trash the dress sessions, I think the style of photography is really gorgeous, and it is another unique memory of your wedding in Los Cabos.

If you’re having a destination wedding in Cabo, you may have the chance is to have a “Trash the Dress” session. Cabo has many areas and beaches where you can have a great TTD session.

I had a great time shooting Kylene and Ryan’s TTD pictures here in Los Cabos at the Hilton hotel where recently I also had the opportunity to shoot another TTD session and they allowed us to swim in the Lobby pool!
