A Cabo del Sol Wedding Review

Cabo del Sol was beautiful. Despite the impending Tropical Storm Patricia everything was perfect. We moved the wedding inside to the balcony and it felt like a scene out of Romeo & Juliet. It was so romantic. Our ceremony was performed by the Reverend Marco Arechiga. He did an exceptional job. He made everyone feel like family and created a one-of-a-kind experience for all us. It was a ceremony of full of emotion and joy.

The reception was exactly as I had imagined it. The lighting was perfect. The room absolutely glowed in candle light and pink and amber hues. The flowers were stunning and added the perfect finishing touches to everything.

The catering service at Cabo del Sol was outstanding. The food was great and the service was outstanding. All of the meals were placed at the table simultaneously. Extremely professional. Our wedding planner, Vari at Allure Event Design, planned everything from beginning to end with us and made all of the last minute changes that were necessary to ensure our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding were still a monumental success despite the tropical storm! She was amazing!

And what can we say about Manuel at Weddings in Los Cabos, he is an absolute professional! He and his assistant stood in the rain to get the perfect shot and Manuel even ended up catching a cold because of it, but he never complained!

And when it was obvious we weren’t going to be able to get the shots we had wanted because of the weather, Manuel was extremely flexible and made plans to meet us on a different day for a second photo shoot…and we got the perfect photos. We couldn’t have been happier or have had more fun. We really had a great time taking our photos. We never felt posed or stiff. Everything was always very natural and so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend.

Hello everyone, I’ve just returned to Cabo after shooting Matt and Sherry’s destination wedding in Aruba! As you may already know, I am particularly passionate about destination weddings in Los Cabos; However, I am available to travel internationally to shoot your dream destination wedding, as it can be difficult finding a photographer whose style reflects your own tastes.

My contemporary style is a blend on fine art and photojournalism and I specialize in shooting in exotic locations, delivering the highest quality of unique wedding photography. So if you like what you’ve seen on my Blog and Website, let’s work together to create a stunning wedding collection. The only question is, where do you dream of having your destination wedding? Perhaps Los Cabos; Cabo San lucas, San Jose del Cabo or Aruba?

It really was a lovely wedding and we took some superb shots. The landscape and sights in Aruba have a magical allure and as the license plates say “One Happy Island”. Everyone involved had a wonderful time sharing Matt and Sherry’s big day and so did I. Here’s a sneak peak at some of their wedding photos:

Matt and I are really really impressed with everything…with the quality, the presentation and how good all the pictures turned out.

I am experienced in artistic photography and Los Cabos provides a diverse and unusual landscape for your Cabo wedding photography.
